Honestly didn’t think getting an implant would be this easy. The whole thing was pretty much painless and Dr. Bernstein kept checking on me the whole time. The staff is super nice too, they made me feel calm even though I was nervous. I can eat without any problem now. Smiling feels normal again and that’s the best part for me.

I never thought getting an Dental implant could be this easy, When I arrived, the receptionist greeted me by name, making the start of my visit smooth. Dr. Bernstein explained every step about the procedure. I barely felt a thing and they kept checking on e the whole time. Now I can eat without any problem and my smile looks completely natural. When my dentist closed her practice unexpectedly, I had to find a new one asap and was lucky to find this place. I’ve been here a handful of times now and my experiences have been consistently good. Front desk staff is friendly and knowledgeable, the doctors, hygienist and assistants are all very good at what they do. Most importantly, the appointment times are honored; as a person like many others, I have a tight schedule so being in and out at a doctor’s appointment is appreciated.

This dentist has been the best I’ve ever had over the years. The only thing that displeased me is the price charged for the service; very expensive.

The greatest Dental experience ever! First let me say how they took me in last minute on the same day! The lady at the desk was super helpful. The doctor knew I was terrified of the needle and to get my tooth pulled but he let me take all the time I needed once in his chair and let me tell him when I was ready that was so nice! His assistant Gracia was so sweet and genuine she offered to hold my hand the entire way through! The doctor went slow with the needle I didn’t even feel a thing. Peaceful jazz was playing, both of them constantly asked was I alright and informed me about the next step and insisted that I’ll be alright and I’m doing a great job! I will never go anywhere else EVER! I see why their called Gentle Dental!

I had a sinus lift with dr. Mark. He was terrific. He notice my nervousness immediately made me feel calm and relaxed. He took extra gentle care funny the name is Gentle Dental and they proved to be just that. During the procedure I felt very comfortable he reassured me that everything is going fine and I wanted to make certain that I was comfortable. I had many consultations prior to visiting Gentle Dental that I actually considered. But after I had time to think they really were the ones I wanted. The facility was attractive, boutique-like. That was very nice. The entire staff was professional courteous and actually very kind. I had no discomfort after the procedure and very little swelling. They were awesome! I recommend these guys highly.

Dr. Bernstein is the best ever. The gum shot doesn’t feel pain at atll. I have been his patient over 15 years.

For the time I have been going to gentle dental for 2.5 years had little to no issues with appointments, everything was timely, organized, and professional just the way I like it. I need orthodontic treatment and I had an issue recently where my braces had arrived about 8 weeks late and was getting the run around from the office staff and the orthodontist office staff as the communication between the two is poor. Told for 2 weeks my trays would be in the next week all after an appointmentwas cancelled 3 weeks prior, luckily this time I had Sandra another one of Gentle Dentals office staff who upon hearing of my situation put herself on the spot to improve my situation and thus far dissatisfaction and instead of doing what everyone else I have dealt with between the two offices which was nothing but empty air and empty promises, took action to satisfy not only my time, but my treatment. I appreciate the actions Sandra took today and I would like to let Gentle Dental know Sandra is the reason why I will continue to do business with them from now on.

Been going here for years , did my braces here, root canal… they are professional and thorough. Been able to always book my appointments with Diana Silva and she was able to get me my x-rays in less than 10 Mins to my new dentist office in California. Would highly recommend !

Good treatment and good staff. Usually a wait or your appointment gets randomly extended. Fox News gets blasted at the office though everywhere in the reception, while you’re getting treated etc. Can’t they place something more soothing than newscasters yelling all day and arguing over who’s the most conservative? Not sure how the staff can put up with watching that trash all day.
